These outdoor rehearsals are unique opportunities to witness us co-create in collaboration with live music, set pieces, and the architecture of this historic site.

*We will be dancing near the Fairmount Water Works Interpretative Center, which has a water fountain and bathroom.
About the Bodies of Water Project
The Bodies of Water project began with a residency at Fairmount Water Works in 2024.
Over the last year and half, we have been exploring the former Kelly Pool as a site of regeneration, a fantastical riverbed, and portal to new beginnings. Slipping through real and imagined currents, discovering ways to take risks in this concrete environment, and working together to harness the collective effort necessary to ride and become the wave.
In 2025, our short commissioned work was performed in the Main Exhibit Space in tandem with gallery tours of the Fairmount Water Works art exhibit “CONFLUENCE”, May 3, July 12, and July 26. And in the fringe, we shared a three-part journey through the Fairmount Water Works that included a work-in-progress in the former Kelly Pool.
